Shipping policy

Shipping options: Standard, expedited and express shipping are available at checkout. Rates are calculated at the time of purchase.

Delivery time: Standard shipping typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days. Expedited and express options arrive sooner, depending on the carrier.

Tracking: A shipping confirmation email with tracking is sent once your order ships.

Shipping area: We ship only to addresses in the United States. We do not ship to freight forwarders or reshipping services.

Signature: Orders over $500 require a signature on delivery.

Damaged or missing: Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers your order. If a package arrives damaged or opened, or an item is missing, photograph the package and email hello@shoeoddy.com within 48 hours after delivery.
